Accessibility

Built so everyone can place an order.

We want tidepressco.com to work for every customer — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or assistive tech. If something on the site is in your way, tell us and we'll fix it.

Our commitment

Tide Press Co. aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. We also work to meet the relevant requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for digital storefronts. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we audit pages as we ship new features and act on customer feedback as our top priority.

What we've built in

  • • Semantic HTML and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the store.
  • • Keyboard-reachable controls on the gang sheet builder and mockup studio.
  • • Visible focus states on every link, button, and form field.
  • • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on body text and CTAs.
  • • Alt text on product imagery and meaningful labels on icon-only buttons.
  • • Bilingual support (English / Español) — humans answer either language.

Need an accommodation?

If any part of placing an order is difficult — uploading artwork, reading a proof, completing checkout — reach out and a human will help you finish the order over phone, text, or email. No forms, no queue.

Reporting a barrier

Email hello@tidepress.com with the page URL, the device and browser you're using, and a short description of what didn't work. We respond within one business day and prioritize accessibility fixes ahead of feature work.
