Tide Press Co. is a print shop based at 1951 Ocean Ave, Suite 4A, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Tide Press Co. "You" means anyone using tidepressco.com or placing an order with us.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to break, probe, or overload it. Don't upload malware, scrape at volume, or impersonate another person. We can suspend access for abuse without notice.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, artwork that infringes a third-party right, or capacity limits — and to refund you in full if we do.

You keep the rights to artwork you upload. By submitting a file you confirm you own it or have permission to print it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order and to show it back to you as a digital proof.

We will not knowingly print infringing, hateful, or unlawful content. If we decline a file we'll tell you and refund the order.

The Tide Press Co. name, logo, site copy, photography, and product designs are our property and may not be copied without written permission.

Printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on screen because of monitor calibration, fabric color, and ink batch. Small variation is not a defect. See our Returns & Reprints policy for what qualifies for a reprint.

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost events, or downstream costs — except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify Tide Press Co. against claims arising from artwork you submit, including third-party IP claims, defamation, and violations of publicity rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always posted at tidepressco.com/terms with the last-updated date below.
